Position Overview:

We are looking for the best people: smart, creative, passionate about their work, and excited for new challenges.

Your primary roll would be to act as a bridge between the Product Management and the Product Development teams. You will be responsible for transforming the product vision and project scope into concrete requirements for the development teams to work from. You must both share in the product vision and understand the development process and technologies used.


+ 3+ years of experience in a requirements/business analyst role

+ Superb written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of engineers, managers, executives, support staff, and customers.

+ Interviewing skills - the ability to ask the right questions to extract essential requirements information from various stakeholders.

+ Modelling skills - the ability to use standard graphical (e.g. UML) and textual representations to model requirements and systems.

+ Strong analytical and product management skills

+ Experience working in an agile environment with multiple projects and scrums

+ Familiar with object oriented architecture and design

+ Familiar with C++/C# programming concepts

+ Familiar with scripting languages, build systems, and version control systems

+ Self-motivated, with the ability to learn quickly and independently

+ A team player that leads by example

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience:

+ Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or experience

+ Experience working as a Software Developer
